He should also follow the act meant for the disabled. Of course, he will need to make his space closer to the building to accommodate to the disabled. This is very important so that the disabled people will feel more comfortable when traveling.

It is also necessary that each of the stalls are clearly marked with the appropriate accessibility signs necessary for the disabled people. There must also be an accessible aisle to provide space for the vehicle. For cars, five feet must be enough. For vans, eight feet is the minimum requirement.
