The wild and unspoilt Yorkshire Dales National Park has earned a world-wide reputation for being one of the most beautiful areas of the UK. With it's varied landscape of rolling hills bordered with dry stone walls, lush river valleys and windswept limestone pavements, the Yorkshire Dales make the perfect holiday destination.
The Yorkshire Dales make the perfect place for either a weekend away or a longer holiday. However, as the National Park covers a very large area - 680 square miles to be precise - finding a great place to stay can seem like a tall order! The Dales National Park covers a large area of North Yorkshire, from Wharefdale in the south right up to Swaledale in the north.
